Patch test: should be done 4 days before appointment which is a legal requirement however if you still do not want to patch test, a FORM would be signed that LASH BY PRISSY wouldn't be held accountable when any reaction occurs 

Consultation form would be sent or done at the appointment 

Appointment outside of hours available upon request will be charged an extra £10

 Infill:50% of the lashes should be there,if almost all of it  is gone you'd need a fresh set ​and would be charge for full price for fresh lash set

Do not wear contact lenses on the day of your appointment.

Please avoid drinking Caffeine/energy drinks before your appointment, as it will
make the application more difficult.

Before you attend the appointment 

• come with clean lashes
• No low buns or ponys
• no plus ones allowed or pets
• no eye makeup
